I am a practitioner of Zhen Qi Yun Xing and Chen’s TaiJiQuan. As well as various other internal practices. I see some references to Mo Pai and LongMen.
I was wondering what else people here practice. Look forward to meeting you all.
To answer your initial question E.S.A there are a variety of practitioners on this site. Though its a work in progress and we have very little activity right now unfortunately
The schools of some practitioners here include gengmenpai and mopai mainly as well as some others. Personally i have tried many different practices and to be honest i dont like most of them due to side effects i get, but thats just me personally.
But most people i have talked to here belong to either of those 2 schools, and practice their systems exclusively.
thank you for your comments and interest, from what i understand zhen qi yun xing is a type of neidan/neigong that focuses on developing qi in lower dantian as well as ren and du mai opening. The results are supposed to be increased health and if zhen qi (true qi) is developed practitioners may go into a state of meditation and see a light in their head. is this correct?
