Say what you will, but I have not seen any evidence that Qigong will lengthen your lifespan. On the contrary all qigong masters I have heard of died at normal ages (or even early). Many tend to get cancer or other similar problems that normal non practitioners get. Qigong can help to prevent and reverse some disease processes in some cases. Even John Chang admitted his system of Mopai WILL NOT MAKE YOU LIVE LONGER. Yet you still have the groupies swearing That John Chang would live forever etc etc. Not sure where they get these false notions from. As we know John Chang unfortunately died this year. He died of normal causes. He lived to be in his late 70's or early 80's.

Qigong is just the beginning of spiritual cultivation. There is a part of it where you can extend your life past what the heavens have allotted to you, and what is known to the world, past 125 years of age, however no many who figure this out. You can live to your full potential of what is allotted to you because of good health. Which you should try to gain this good health through Qi-Gong.
So there are multiple parts to this..
1- Your Life Span based on your health.
2- Your life span determined by the heavens
3- Your life span determined by your deeds/karma. Some say this method can extend your life to what is humanly possible now.. under 125 years of age.
